Clark's Courier Services provides collection and delivery services within the United Kingdom. Our registered office is located at Mersea Road, Langenhoe, Colchester, Essex, CO5 7LF.

2. Service Availability

Our services are available to customers located within the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or email.
• Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to collection.
• Cancellations made outside this window may incur a cancellation fee of £50.00.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding collection and delivery addresses.
• Ensure packages are securely packed and appropriately labelled.
• Ensure that items do not breach UK postal or courier regulations, including prohibited or hazardous goods.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any item deemed unsafe, illegal, or improperly packaged.

5. Delivery Times

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, all delivery dates and times are indicative and not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.

6. Liability

• Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited to £20,000 unless a higher value has been declared and additional insurance arranged.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits or business interruption.

7. Payments

• Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed rates at the time of booking.
• We accept payments via debit/credit card and bank transfer.
• Invoices are payable within 7 working days of issue, unless agreed otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Clark's Courier Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
